I'm such a poor blogger, updating so infrequently! I've been wanting to post about my training and races for awhile now but have not...so tonight I have started a whole new blog about that very topic. Now I can get behind and forget to post on two blogs instead of one! My new blog is stupid girl running....maybe I should start a third...stupid girl blogging???
Here is Brock at the track meet, in the sack race. He was in first place but thought the race was finished so he stopped. Then he figured out that it was not finished and he started again!!!! Good thing he is such a good hopper! He got second place but it looks to me like he still should of won 1st!
Brock running in class shuttle:
Brock also got second place in the standing long jump!
Check one thing off my list! I took my RNC and passed! My friend Jonie came with and passed too. We were both "VERY STRONG" in all categories but one! All our studying paid off! How did we study you ask?
Love period mushy stuff. Favorite authors are of course Austin, Bronte and Gaskell so it follows that I simply love period movies. I think I own three quarters of the films featured here. Anyway, Happy V-Day!
Oh yea, pause the music player at the bottom before hitting play!
Well it’s February so I guess I’ve procrastinated enough…it’s time to write down some New Year’s resolutions! In 2010 I will study for and pass the RNC in In-Patient Obstetrics. I will complete the same triathlons I did last year but beat my times for some new personal bests! I will never let a month go by that I don’t attend the temple. I will take a Spanish class! That’s it…I like to keep it simple to give myself a better chance at being successful!
This is not a resolution, but it is very funny. I talk a lot about babies since it is my job. Emma recently asked what women need to eat to make a baby! Hee hee, I couldn’t help but laugh a little. Good logic I guess since what you eat ends up in your tummy!
Passionately in love for 19 years and married for 18! A science teacher and an L&D RN...we keep busy! We love our wildly fun children! We love to run, bike and swim! We love to read! A little sleep deprived, a touch of early onset Alzheimer’s and a smidge of insanity...
